Who we are.
TRINYCO is a strategic advisory firm. We work with entrepreneurs, business owners, corporations, private individuals, family offices and institutions on questions of capital, structure, wealth and complex business affairs.
Our engagements are typically situations where the commercial, financial and legal dimensions are intertwined and the right answer is not obvious. In those moments, the value we add is structure: a clear view of the position, the options, the trade-offs and the sequence in which decisions should be taken.
We are advisers and coordinators. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and we work alongside the qualified professionals our clients appoint.
TRINYCO operates from its global headquarters in New York and a regional headquarters in Guwahati, India, serving clients across both markets and cross-border mandates.
